Welcome by: Pastor Daniel
Greetings my Beloved Sisters and Brothers, and welcome once again to the Church that is Within. You are the Temple. You are the Congregation. Any and All Truth is the Gospel. The Divine Spirit within you is your True Minister.

Merry Christmas!

(From: The Bible -
Luke 2:1
But it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus, that a census should be made of all the habitable world. The census itself first took place when Cyrenius had the government of Syria. And all went to be inscribed in the census roll, each to his own city: and Joseph also went up from Galilee out of the city Nazareth to Judaea, to David's city, the which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and family of David, to be inscribed in the census roll with Mary who was betrothed to him as his wife, she being great with child.
And it came to pass, while they were there, the days of her giving birth to her child were fulfilled, and she brought forth her first-born son, and wrapped him up in swaddling-clothes and laid him in the manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-122 Section-8)
...with the help and kind ministrations of women fellow travelers, Mary was delivered of a male child. Jesus of Nazareth was born into the world, was wrapped in the clothes which Mary had brought along for such a possible contingency, and laid in a near-by manger.
In just the same manner as all babies before that day and since have come into the world, the promised child was born; and on the eighth day, according to the Jewish practice, he was circumcised and formally named Joshua (Jesus).

The Sermon
He became one of us... personally experienced living the life of a human mortal being.

He felt our emotions, He endured our pains...
He worked, He played, He learned, He discovered...
He laughed and he cried, He knew happy and sad...
He faced hardships, felt hunger, exhaustion and grief.

He revealed to us Our Heavenly Father....
He demonstrated Truth, Compassion and Love...
He said that we all are brothers and sisters...
He told us, in service to one another, we serve also God.

He was born, He lived fully, He taught us, He showed us.

We celebrate Jesus birth because he cared enough, loved us enough, to personally live a human life on this world, just as we each do.

There is no 'what if.' Jesus Is one of us. Let us share his gift of love with each other in commemoration of this day.

The Prayer
Dear God,
Thank You for sharing Him with us.

You ALL are Within the Infinitely Loving Embrace of our Universal Parent,

The Creator's Infinite Love to all of You,
Pastor Daniel
