Welcome by: Pastor Daniel

Greetings my Beloved Sisters and Brothers, and welcome once again to the Church that is Within.

Yesterday was “Independence Day” for the United States, where I live, and so…

The topic of today's Sunday Service, #663, is Independence…

*******************************************
The Sermon
***********
I am sure there are many who might disagree with me, but I am of the opinion that there is far too much misplaced dependence in the adult world of today and far too little true personal Independence.

What do I mean by “misplaced dependence”? For example… depending upon others to tell them what to think or what to believe or, depending upon others for approval or validation or, depending upon others for purpose or direction… to name but a few. These may be wholly appropriate for a child who indeed Must be mostly if not completely dependent upon the adult world for their education and survival. They may also be partially appropriate for teens who are in the process of grasping for fragments of personal Independence from the adult world. A large measure of mental and moral dependence upon peers for guidance is a form of safety net in their adolescent struggle for separation from adult dominance.

Adults who do not think for themselves or who constantly seek external approval or who fear to make decisions for themselves, have unwittingly agreed to be subject to an invisible form of slavery. They are easily manipulated by the selfish or the cruel or the power hungry who tell them that they are free… and so they believe it. Personal Independence scares them. Perhaps they fear the amount of work required to maintain it, but maybe they just fear the prospect of being wrong, or more correctly, of feeling singled out for being wrong.

Co-dependence requires far less actual commitment than Independence. It could be argued that co-dependence requires no personal commitment whatsoever. Independence on the other hand demands dedication, devotion and steadfastness. Independence is the reward for self-reliance, and the measure of maturity.

Co-dependence is shared dependence. Interdependence is shared Independence.

Quotes
*******
(From: Ayn Rand (1905 - 1982), Atlas Shrugged)

Independence is the recognition of the fact that yours is the responsibility of judgment and nothing can help you escape it.

(From: The RSV Bible - Thessalonians I 4:11-12)
to aspire to live quietly, to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we charged you; so that you may command the respect of outsiders, and be dependent on nobody.

(From: Jane O'Reilly)
Maybe the greatest challenge now is to find a way to keep independence while also committing ourselves to the ties that bind people, families, and ultimately societies together.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-34 Section-6)
Those who have received and recognized the indwelling of God have been born of the Spirit. "You are the temple of God, and the spirit of God dwells in you." It is not enough that this spirit be poured out upon you; the divine Spirit must dominate and control every phase of human experience.
It is the presence of the divine Spirit, the water of life, that prevents the consuming thirst of mortal discontent and that indescribable hunger of the unspiritualized human mind. Spirit-motivated beings "never thirst, for this spiritual water shall be in them a well of satisfaction springing up into life everlasting." Such divinely watered souls are all but independent of material environment as regards the joys of living and the satisfactions of earthly existence. They are spiritually illuminated and refreshed, morally strengthened and endowed.

(From: Aleister Crowley (1875 - 1947)
The essence of independence has been to think and act according to standards from within, not without.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-5 Section-4)
The religions of revelation allure men to seek for a God of love because they crave to become like him. But religion is not merely a passive feeling of "absolute dependence" and "surety of survival"; it is a living and dynamic experience of divinity attainment predicated on humanity service.

(From: Henry David Thoreau (1817 - 1862)
To be a philosopher is not merely to have subtle thoughts, not even to found a school, but so to love wisdom as to live according to its dictates, a life of simplicity, independence, magnanimity, and trust.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-196 Section-0)
The faith of Jesus attained the purity of a child's trust. His faith was so absolute and undoubting that it responded to the charm of the contact of fellow beings and to the wonders of the universe. His sense of dependence on the divine was so complete and so confident that it yielded the joy and the assurance of absolute personal security. There was no hesitating pretense in his religious experience. In this giant intellect of the full-grown man the faith of the child reigned supreme in all matters relating to the religious consciousness. It is not strange that he once said, "Except you become as a little child, you shall not enter the kingdom." Notwithstanding that Jesus' faith was childlike, it was in no sense childish.

(From: Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 - 1882), Self-Reliance)
It is easy in the world to live after the world's opinion; it is easy in solitude to live after our own; but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect sweetness the independence of solitude.

Greetings my Beloved Sisters and Brothers, and welcome once again to the Church that is Within.

To experience, to recognize and to know… What else Is there?

The topic of today's Sunday Service, # 664, is Acceptance…

*******************************************
The Sermon
***********
I remember when I first realized with a certainty, that there really Was such a thing as “God's Love.” It was a real Eye Opener for me. Not that I hadn't heard about it my whole life (being brought up Catholic… including 12 years of Catholic School). In actuality though, there's Nothing quite like experiencing the “Real Deal” to convince one of “It's” reality. It adds a whole new dimension to one's perception of Reality, I can truly say without any hesitancy or uncertainty… but then as things go, any perceivable length of time without undeniable reminders, and the doubt of ego sets to questioning the reality of the experience.

Ahh… but then, seemingly out of nowhere… I recognize it Again!! Indeed!!! Of Course!!!! God's Love is All about Recognizing it!!!!! The more I can Recognize it, the more certain I will be that “It” is in my Life. There it is! And There it is Too!! Oh my God… Your Love is Everywhere!!!!!!!!! …except maybe There… and over There…

Experiencing it is essential… Recognizing it is an undeniable necessity, but…
“Where did it Go? I just Had it a moment or two ago…” (…and the ego says, “Yeah, Right, where Is it then?)

“Ah HA!!” …said I upon knowing as fact the feeling once again. “It is all about Knowing God's Love!!! Is it not?” How incredibly Simple! I must truly Recognize God's Love, but also I must come to 'Know' it instinctively in my Heart and Soul for it to be active and constant in my life… “I Know, I Know! I need to Accept it…”

You'd think I would learn, wouldn't you?

God's Love always Was, Is, and always Will be… about… Accepting it. To experience it I had to Accept it. To Recognize it I had to Accept it. To Know it I had to Accept it. To Allow it, I just had to Accept it.

It's There all the time. You are God's Precious and Cherished Child. There is no limit to the Love God has for you. All ya' gotta' do is…

Accept it.

Quotes
*******
(From: Leo Tolstoy (1828 - 1910)

I know that most men, including those at ease with problems of the greatest complexity, can seldom accept even the simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as would oblige them to admit the falsity of conclusions which they have delighted in explaining to colleagues, which they have proudly taught to others, and which they have woven, thread by thread, into the fabric of their lives.

(From: Solonia 2/7/04 – the Garden TeaM)
If you were perfectly in love with Truth, you would find it difficult to experience anger at another mortal because your love for the Truth would draw you to want to understand the other better, for love of Truth is love of all. Discovering what is real, what is relatively real, and what indeed is false, is a challenge to mortals of this world who have so often been cheated, or lied to, or abused. Perfect love of Truth may be somewhat easier of acceptance when it is applied to the whole outside world that you live in. The discovery of that Truth is the epitome of beauty.

(From: Arthur Schopenhauer (1788 - 1860)
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-150 Section-5)
"Salvation is the gift of the Father and is revealed by his Sons. Acceptance by faith on your part makes you a partaker of the divine nature, a son or a daughter of God. By faith you are justified; by faith are you saved; and by this same faith are you eternally advanced in the way of progressive and divine perfection.

(From: Steve Pavlina)
If someone offers you a gift, and you decline to accept it, the other person still owns that gift.

(From: Rabindranath Tagore (1861 - 1941), Whisperings)
LOVE'S GIFT cannot be given, it waits to be accepted.

(From: Peter McWilliams, Life 101)
Acceptance is, in fact, the first step to successful action. If you don't fully accept a situation precisely the way it is, you will have difficulty changing it. Moreover, if you don't fully accept the situation, you will never really know if the situation should be changed.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-101 Section-8)
The acceptance of a teaching as true is not faith; that is mere belief. Neither is certainty nor conviction faith. A state of mind attains to faith levels only when it actually dominates the mode of living. Faith is a living attribute of genuine personal religious experience. One believes truth, admires beauty, and reverences goodness, but does not worship them; such an attitude of saving faith is centered on God alone, who is all of these personified and infinitely more.

(From: The Buddha)
Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.

(From: Mahatma Gandhi (1869 - 1948)
The only tyrant I accept in this world is the still voice within.

(From: Joseph Chilton Pearce)
We must accept that this creative pulse within us is God's creative pulse itself.

(From: Peter McWilliams, Life 101)
If our early lessons of acceptance were as successful as our early lessons of anger, how much happier we would all be.

(From: Arthur Rubinstein (1886 - 1982)
Of course there is no formula for success except perhaps an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings.

(From: Hugh Macleod, How To Be Creative)
If you have the creative urge, it isn't going to go away. But sometimes it takes a while before you accept the fact.

(From: Henry Miller (1891 - 1980), The Wisdom of the Heart)
Every man has his own destiny: the only imperative is to follow it, to accept it, no matter where it leads him.

(From: Madeleine L'Engle (1918 -)
Alleluia! We do not have to be right! We do have to love, to be vulnerable, to accept joy and pain, and to grow through them.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-193 Section-1)
“The time has come when you worship God neither on Gerizim nor at Jerusalem, but where you are, as you are, in spirit and in truth. It is your faith that saves your souls. Salvation is the gift of God to all who believe they are his sons. But be not deceived; while salvation is the free gift of God and is bestowed upon all who accept it by faith, there follows the experience of bearing the fruits of this spirit life as it is lived in the flesh. The acceptance of the doctrine of the fatherhood of God implies that you also freely accept the associated truth of the brotherhood of man. And if man is your brother, he is even more than your neighbor, whom the Father requires you to love as yourself. Your brother, being of your own family, you will not only love with a family affection, but you will also serve as you would serve yourself. And you will thus love and serve your brother because you, being my brethren, have been thus loved and served by me."

(From: The ASB Bible - Romans 12:2)
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

(From: Henry Miller (1891 - 1980)
Living apart and at peace with myself, I came to realize more vividly the meaning of the doctrine of acceptance. To refrain from giving advice, to refrain from meddling in the affairs of others, to refrain, even though the motives be the highest, from tampering with another's way of life - so simple, yet so difficult for an active spirit.

Quotes
*******
(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-155 Section-5)
The religion of the spirit means effort, struggle, conflict, faith, determination, love, loyalty, and progress. The religion of the mind--the theology of authority--requires little or none of these exertions from its formal believers. Tradition is a safe refuge and an easy path for those fearful and halfhearted souls who instinctively shun the spirit struggles and mental uncertainties associated with those faith voyages of daring adventure out upon the high seas of unexplored truth in search for the farther shores of spiritual realities as they may be discovered by the progressive human mind and experienced by the evolving human soul.

(From: Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 - 1882)

If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.

(From: Hosea Ballou (1796 - 1861)
Weary the path that does not challenge.

(From: Thomas J. Watson)
Follow the path of the unsafe, independent thinker. Expose your ideas to the dangers of controversy. Speak your mind and fear less the label of 'crackpot' than the stigma of conformity. And on issues that seem important to you, stand up and be counted at any cost.

(From: The Tao Te Ching - #41)
The path into the light seems dark,
the path forward seems to go back,
the direct path seems long,

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-130 Section-4)
The possibility of making mistakes is inherent in the acquisition of wisdom, the scheme of progressing from the partial and temporal to the complete and eternal, from the relative and imperfect to the final and perfected. Error is the shadow of relative incompleteness which must of necessity fall across man's ascending universe path to Paradise perfection.

(From: The Book of Runes - #9 - Defense / Avertive Power / Yew Tree)
As we are tested we fund the power to avert blockage and defeat. At the same time, we develop in ourselves an aversion to the conduct that creates stress in our lives.

If there appears to be an obstacle in your path, remember that even a delay may prove beneficial.

(From: Mahatma Gandhi (1869 - 1948)
In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness. Our life is a long and arduous quest after Truth.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-146 Section-2)
Guide us ever upward in the pathway of light
---
Show us the pathway of eternal progress
---
And lead us moment by moment in the pathway of loving service.

(From: Andy and Larry Wachowski, The Matrix, 1999
There's a difference between knowing the Path and walking the Path.

(From: The Tao Te Ching - #9)
Fill your bowl to the brim
and it will spill.
Keep sharpening your knife
and it will blunt.
Chase after money and security
and your heart will never unclench.
Care about people's approval
and you will be their prisoner.

Do your work, then step back.
The only path to serenity.

(From: The RSV Bible - Hebrews 12:13-14)
and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed. Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.

(From: Mahatma Gandhi (1869 - 1948), "Non-Violence in Peace and War")
There is no path to peace. Peace is the path.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-146 Section-2)
Jesus taught that the prayer for divine guidance over the pathway of earthly life was next in importance to the petition for a knowledge of the Father's will. In reality this means a prayer for divine wisdom.

(From: Oprah Winfrey (1954 - ), O Magazine)
Understand that the right to choose your own path is a sacred privilege. Use it. Dwell in possibility.

(From: Horace (65 BC - 8 BC)
Remember when life's path is steep to keep your mind even.

(From: The Tao Te Ching - #53)
The great Way is easy,
yet people prefer the side paths.
Be aware when things are out of balance.

(From: Juvenal (55 AD - 127 AD)
One path alone leads to a life of peace: The path of virtue.

(From: Joseph J. Lamb)
The road to success leads through the valley of humility, and the path is up the ladder of patience and across the wide barren plains of perseverance. As yet, no short cut has ever been discovered.

(From: R. A. Salvatore, Sojourn)
There is a wide world out there, my friend, full of pain, but filled with joy as well. The former keeps you on the path of growth, and the latter makes the journey tolerable.

(From: Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 - 1882)
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

(From: Sarah Ban Breathnach)
Learning to live in the present moment is part of the path of joy.

(From: Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955)
The further the spiritual evolution of mankind advances, the more certain it seems to me that the path to genuine religiosity does not lie through the fear of life, and the fear of death, and blind faith, but through striving after rational knowledge.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-34 Section-6)
The Spirit never drives, only leads. If you are a willing learner, if you want to attain spirit levels and reach divine heights, if you sincerely desire to reach the eternal goal, then the divine Spirit will gently and lovingly lead you along the pathway of sonship and spiritual progress. Every step you take must be one of willingness, intelligent and cheerful co-operation. The domination of the Spirit is never tainted with coercion nor compromised by compulsion.

(From: The Book of Runes - #2 - Partnership / A Gift)
For true Partnership is only achieved by separate and whole beings who retain their uniqueness even as they unite. Remember to let the winds of Heaven dance between you.

There is another realm of Partnership that we are being called to consider. For the path of Partnership can lead you to the realization of a still greater union---union with the Higher Self, union with the Divine.

*******************************************
The Sermon

***********
In walking the Path of Life, we come upon and often parallel the Pathways of others. Relationships are the method of sharing greater parts of our Path with others we choose or may happen to encounter. Always will our individual footsteps vary… I can not walk in yours nor you in mine, though oftentimes they might be side by side.
Therefore we never may find uniformity.

Even if standing together… when I look left and you to the right then we see things not quite the same---'What a Beautiful tree!' 'The Lake is so Lovely!' Aren't the Mountains Magnificent?'---“Oh?? Indeed, I might not have noticed! Beautiful are they as well!”

My Tree reflected in your Lake with the background of your Mountains!
My Lake contains such a beautiful image of your Tree and Your Mountains!
Mountains gain grander perspective when viewed behind your tree and beyond your Lake!

So Uniquely do we each see.
Thereby may we profit from Diversity.

What our pathways truly have most in common, is that God has shared them with us. What our mortal minds may fail to fully synchronize, the Spirit may reveal the connectedness. The better we can connect with God, the better can we connect with each other.
Therein can we find Unity.

We can not realistically expect others to see things in the same ways as we do, however much one might wish it. Only God can accurately validate or negate the reality our personal viewpoints.

Though our Paths may run side by side
Never the same can they be.
We might share the views as we travel
But perspectives control what we see.

*******************************************
The Prayer
**********
Dear God,
When I try to tell others how to walk their Path I stumble upon my own. Would I stumble less if I trusted You to guide them on theirs as I trust You to guide me on mine?

You ALL are Within the Infinitely Loving Embrace of our Universal Parent,

The Creator's Infinite Love to all of You,

Greetings my Beloved Sisters and Brothers, and welcome once again to the Church that is Within.

The last time I did a Sunday Service on the topic of “Patience” (yes… the dreaded 'P' word), I promised myself that it would be a Long Time before I did another one. Well… it Certainly has Not been a long enough time yet, so…

The topic of today's Sunday Service, #666, is Impatience…

(No seriously… it's a different type of topic, trust me… ;-)

********************************************
Quotes
*******
(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-48 Section-7)
Impatience is a spirit poison; anger is like a stone hurled into a hornet's nest.

(From: Franz Kafka (1883 - 1924)
There are two main human sins from which all the others derive: impatience and indolence. It was because of impatience that they were expelled from Paradise, it is because of indolence that they do not return. Yet perhaps there is only one major sin: impatience. Because of impatience they were expelled, because of impatience they do not return.

(From: The Urantia Book - Paper-75 Section-8)
Never, in all your ascent to Paradise, will you gain anything by impatiently attempting to circumvent the established and divine plan by short cuts, personal inventions, or other devices for improving on the way of perfection, to perfection, and for eternal perfection.

(From: Teacher Daniel - 5/10/02– the S.E. Idaho TeaM)
The subject is learning to balance one's personality so that Spirit rather than ego is in the driver's seat. Impatience is a manifestation of imbalance. It is one of the out of balance noises that the wheel makes when it is not spinning smoothly, evenly, and in perfect balance. Impatience implies that things are not going the way the impatient one desires, either in direction or in time frame. It is a subtle, but real, manifestation of the ego, so you see.

(From: Brian Adams)
Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure.

(From: Joseph Rickaby)
A great preservative against angry and mutinous thoughts, and all impatience and quarreling, is to have some great business and interest in your mind, which, like a sponge shall suck up your attention and keep you from brooding over what displeases you.

(From: Samuel Johnson (1709 - 1784)
There will always be a part, and always a very large part of every community, that have no care but for themselves, and whose care for themselves reaches little further than impatience of immediate pain, and eagerness for the nearest good.

(From: Aaron 2/21/97 –TeaM - Correcting Time Policy Discussions)
Set aside the fear and the impatience, the inclinations to make things happen, and the inclination to stop things from happening; and become a vessel of divine love by opening one's attitude of soul toward the spirit within and allowing the outpouring to unfold.

(From: The RSV Bible - Romans 8:14-28)
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the spirit of sonship. When we cry, "Abba! Father!" it is the Spirit himself bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God; for the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will but by the will of him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and obtain the glorious liberty of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning in travail together until now; and not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words. And he who searches the hearts of men knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose.

(From: Solonia - 11/30/93 – The Spokane/North Idaho TeaM)
All things are provided by our Father which are necessary for your progression in doing His divine will. That which you desire, that which is the will of our Father is there for the taking. You are never abandoned. You may go through times of doubt, of struggle, of unfulfilled desires. This too is part of the outworking of the Father's will in your development. Working through these times is an experiential acquirement which so deeply affects your progression. Take time with your Father, our Father, and communicate your feelings about such times as these. The answers will be forthcoming, although perhaps not as speedily as you would prefer.
Impatience is a part of your natures. It is not something to be despised, but is something to work through. It is a part of you which helps you to continue in your development. It, however is not your goal. Your goal is to subject your impatience to your will and the will of your Father. Supersede these times with faith and trust and love and the knowledge that this too shall pass.

(From: “Jesus” - The Urantia Book - Paper-130 Section-5)
"My son, everything must await the coming of its time. You are born into the world, but no amount of anxiety and no manifestation of impatience will help you to grow up. You must, in all such matters, wait upon time. Time alone will ripen the green fruit upon the tree. Season follows season and sundown follows sunrise only with the passing of time. I am now on the way to Rome with you and your father, and that is sufficient for today. My tomorrow is wholly in the hands of my Father in heaven."

The Sermon
***********
When is the last time that someone suggested to you, “Be Patient,” and you thought to yourself, “Wow! What an Incredibly Helpful Suggestion that was! I'm all Better now.”

Yeah… I couldn't think of one either. Maybe it's because telling someone to have patience, or to be patient, generally makes the waiting time More noticeable rather than less. “Be Patient.” Really! Show me how that is done, would you? What does lasting Patience Feel like, and how do I get there from here?

Impatience though… now that's a totally different Story! A person can actually Do something about their own Impatience. They can make a definite Choice about Impatience and so take Action to alleviate it. One must be able to Recognize their own Impatience in order to be able to do something about it though. Ego of course is always much too personally involved in the outworking of Impatience to be of much use in the recognizing of it, so the Soul, or Higher Self, is required to function for accurate identification. Humor, though not absolutely essential to the transaction can be immeasurably helpful in it's effectiveness.

Allow me if you will, to share a personal experience of mine about recognizing one of my “Impatient” episodes and choosing to try something else for a change. I had this particular “T” Intersection some years back, that always made me Annoyed, Irritated, Edgy and Intolerant every time I pulled up to it. I of course was always trying to turn left from a stop into the 45 mph thoroughfare when traffic was heavy going both ways. It was either, “This jerk is going too slow,” or, “That idiot is going too fast!” It was all a plot to keep me from getting where I needed to be on time! Less than totally safe vehicle maneuvers seemed the necessity Way more often than not. “They'll use their brakes if they have to!” I was always rather perturbed by the time I finally made my way onto that road. Impatience was the rule for the rest of the journey. I had to stop at Every Light unless I barely raced through on a yellow that then put me behind other inconsiderates that seemed to Want to stop at every light so that they could hinder my progress.

Until One day…
I felt my impatient anger rise again as usual and actually recognized that my Impatience wasn't helping me get into traffic very easily and wondered if perhaps it was actually making it more difficult??? I determined to wait calmly for as long as it took for “The Perfect Opening” to come along (even if it took 15 minutes!). “I will not go until I can pull out calmly and safely… Hey! There it Is!” I pulled right into the opening and calmly flowed with the traffic through a long succession of green lights. Somehow I was surrounded by good and courteous drivers the whole 20+ miles to my regular destination and without ever having to go over the speed limits I got there in 10 minutes less time that normal and I actually felt Good rather than irritated for a change. Of course I had to repeat the exercise again and again and again before I would admit that it wasn't just a fluke and was actually a quite dependable “modus operandi.”

I didn't have to “Be Patient” or Anything! I just had to recognize my Impatience… Let go of it… and watch for “The Perfect Opening” to come along… then go with the flow.

Having Patience is So Overrated!
Discarding Impatience each time you see it eliminates any Need to manufacture or Have Patience.
Oh, and by the way… God is the Source of The Flow. It helps to remember that.
