Story of the Week
"It is there"
(By Bob Perks - Bob@BobPerks.com)

It is there on the pages I write, sometimes, perhaps in between the lines. It is there in the songs that I sing, whether they are for an audience of hundreds or simply an audience of one.

It is there in the air that I breathe and fills my lungs to capacity. It is there in the morning sun light as it gently caresses my world.

It is there in the smile of a young child as it looks skyward and wonders if there really are a "bazillion" stars like Daddy said.

It is there in the embrace of two old friends who have come a long way together and yet don't have much further to go.

It is there in their hands as the couple strolls along the lake on a summer's eve. It started out within their souls and pumping long and hard, made its way from deep within their hearts to the gentle touch of their fingers. Then longing to complete the cycle their hands embraced and they knew they thought as one.

It is there in the wag of a puppy's tail, when you come home from a long day thinking you are not appreciated.

It is there on the table before the committee of volunteers who have chosen to give their free time to help those in need.

It is there in the hands of the nurse who paused to wipe the brow of the old woman, who sits beside her husband praying for his recovery.

It is there in the brush of the artist as she delicately touches the canvass with her interpretation of the world she sees before her.

It is there in the sway of the flower as the wind releases its fragrance and the gardener is reminded why he works so hard to keep them growing.

It is there in the memory of his voice and the moment when your eyes first met.

It is there in the battlefield, stained by the blood of the warrior who died for it.

If you find yourself longing for more of it, then give what you have away. For the magic of it lies in the fact that you will get more in return than you give.

LOVE, it never ends.

The Prayer
Dear God,
Love Sounds a Lot like You!

You ALL are Within the Infinitely Loving Embrace of our Universal Parent,

The Creator's Eternal Love to all of You,
Pastor Daniel
