Greetings my Beloved Sisters and Brothers, and welcome once again to the Church that is Within.
Usually on Easter Sunday, I do a Service on Resurrection. This being our 10th Church Within Easter Service, the “pickings” for new material are seemingly getting a bit thin. Though using a few excerpts from our past Easter Services as quotes for Today's service, I think I still may have gotten one more Fresh one out of the topic…

About the Continuance… the Revitalization… the Transformation… the Renewal of Life…
…after what only Looked, like death.

The Sermon

For Many, Easter is about the Resurrection of Jesus. For others it is about the coming of Spring and New Life unfolding. For others still, Easter is about candy and Easter Egg Hunts. Even there are those who think of Easter as, “The Other day each year that I have to dress up and go to church.”
I think that this year, I will discourse upon Resurrection of a different sort…
The personal Resurrection from: Fear, Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy, Distrust and Fear.
Now, some may read that last line and think, “Oops! Pastor Daniel accidentally used the word Fear twice.” Others may have read it and thought, “I wonder if there is a Reason that he used the word Fear two times?” A few might look at it and just nod and smile.
So OK, I Did use the word Fear twice and… I did have a reason and… if you will look again…
“Fear, Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy, Distrust and Fear”
…you will notice that “Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy, Distrust” lie in between Fear and Fear. It is my observation, that Fear always comes Before “Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy, Distrust” and Fear is most often what immediately Follows “Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy, Distrust” as well. “Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy, Distrust”… they are but Symptoms. Fear is the Disease.
To one who is Truly without Fear… Anger, Hatred, Resentment, Prejudice, Jealousy and Distrust have no place in which to function.
Where there is Fear, there is no True Peace. Where there is True Peace, there is no Fear.
“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear... And when it is gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear is gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
